Kids on the course

Now, I have no problem with kids learning to play golf, but starting out should they really be out on the course when there's things they just don't seem to understand yet? The guy I play golf with brought his son again, and I don't have anything against the kid, but I just don't feel like he should be out there. He's 5. He constantly yells, makes noises the whole time, and even while both of us were in the process of swinging. He wasn't doing it on purpose. He just doesn't understand. If a group behind us is catching up he tells his son to stop playing and stay in the cart and of course he gets upset and throws a fit. I really don't see a need for him to tee off when he barely can hit it 20 feet. On the green he will run all over the green putting a ball and he hits it like 3 feet at a time so it takes forever for him to get it in the cup. Many times he was running right in my line, talking, hitting his ball at my ball, etc.... At one point when the kid was riding in my cart(my friend and I had 2 carts) I'd let him out in the fairway, hit my shot and leave him in the fairway so he can hit 100 times and by the time I get to the green and putt my ball in he is just getting up to the green... I was hoping that was just going to make him tired so he can sit his *** in the cart for the rest of the round but that didn't work lol.
