Indoor golf center

Hey guys i'm new to the forum but i wanted to get some i nput from avid golfers.

I am thinking about starting an indoor golf center with the full swing golf sims here in atlanta, my question is what do avid golfers think of these machines? would you use something like this if it was more convienient than going to the field?

I am a newbie and i play about 2 times a month and see a market for new golfers but i want to attract vets as well.

I would also be installing an outdoor short game area with various bunkers and putting greens.

also there are only private golf clubs in the downtown area so you do have to drive about 45 mins to an hour to get to a semi private club.
