PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. -- Matthew Stang, of White Bear Lake, Minn., has been named recipient of the 2009 PGA of America Chip Beck Evans Scholarship. The program, for deserving caddies who seek a college education, was established in 1994, three years after Beck became the second player in history to post a 59 in a PGA Tour event.
